Refund Policy
1. Digital Products & Donations Refund Policy
All sales of digital products and donations on Flat For Nikah are final. Since digital products are immediately delivered and cannot be returned or resold, we do not offer refunds for digital product purchases or donations. However, refund requests are handled according to the terms set by our payment processors.
Payment is processed through our partners: Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Support Kori, and cryptocurrency platforms. Each platform has their own refund policies which may differ from ours.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- •Product Failure: If the digital product fails to download or is corrupted and cannot be used
- •Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- •Unauthorized Transaction: If the purchase was made without your authorization
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with:
- •Your order number
- •The email address used for the purchase
- •A detailed explanation of your refund reason
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Donations
Donations are non-refundable contributions made in support of our mission. No refunds are issued for donations under any circumstances.
